How AI agents pay (x402 flow)

Request — Agent calls GET /api/serp?q=coffee+shops
402 Challenge — Server responds HTTP 402 with a PAYMENT-REQUIRED header (amount, recipient, network)
Pay — Agent sends the exact USDC amount on-chain (Solana)
Verify — Agent resends with Payment-Signature: <tx_hash>
Data — Server verifies on-chain and returns the JSON result
