## Getting started
1. GET any endpoint → receive HTTP 402 with `PAYMENT-REQUIRED` header (base64 JSON: price, network, recipient, asset).
2. Pay the exact amount in USDC on Solana or Base to the recipient address.
3. Retry the request with `Payment-Signature: <txid>` + `X-Payment-Network: solana` headers.
4. Server verifies on-chain (replay-protected) and returns JSON.
